These FM radios come with "earbud" phones. (which are OK - if you use a better pair of headphones the quality is excellent). They use 2 "AAA" batteries (NOT INCLUDED). Tuning is "autoscan" meaning that you press the reset button to select the lowest tuning frequency, then press the scan button to scan up to successive stations. It is equipped with a volume control. One bonus feature is that it is also a flashlight, although I discovered that dropping the radio a couple of times will successfully disable that feature (the radio still works fine).

Please note that these radios are NOT covered by our standard warranty - in fact, although we are giving them out in good faith, we can not offer any warranty on them at all. Hey, they're free!!!!
