All our products are covered by a full year's warranty.

This means that if a product should fail within a year from the date of purchase during normal use we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) free of charge. If the item is no longer available, we will refund the initial purchase price.

We can not replace items that appear to be damaged from misuse or incorrect installation. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to any other electrical or mechanical components as a result of failure of the item or from incorrect installation. It is up to you to read and understand all supplied installation instructions and be technically competent before installing our products.
